MEANING OF PATIENCE

Patience is iman fi al qadar in practice

Patience does not mean giving up

Difference between tawakkul (rely on Allah) and tawaakul (give up all effort)

 

TYPES OF PATIENCE

Patience in a calamity, balaa (2:177, 2:214, 3:186, 47:31)

Patience in hunger (2:61)

Patience in searching for knowledge, Musa and the Good Man (18:65-82)

Patience in ibadat (19:65, 20:132)

Patience in jihad (2:239-250, 3:146, 8:65-66)

 

TIME OF PATIENCE

Patience is at the start of the calamity

 

 

THE BENEFITS OF PATIENCE:

Allah's support (3:125)

Victory (6:34, 7:65-66)

Leadership (32:24)
